I’ve played all of deltarune normal route up to ch. 4 and am playing 5 w a friend rn. HOWEVER I beat spamton and gerson but never beat jevil or the knight. AND I missed one recruit AND have like no eggs. I want to go back for the recruit but I’m thinking that I could just play from the beginning to get all the shadow crystals. BUT I’m really not someone who likes to replay games and I know for a fact that beating the knight is near impossible for me. I’m also not sure it matters on normal route? And as more stuff gets revealed in future chapters I may need to replay things again and I really don’t wanna do that😭

Is toggle to walk instead of hold...easier?

Is toggle to sprint instead of hold easier?

Is autoswing easier for you?

Is colorblind modes easier to see for you?

Is hold to press 4 times a second easier for you?

Is visual indicators of sound easier?

...if you say yes to questions like these. You probably aren't playing the difficulty that others are playing, they have it easier, you are just putting it to their level when you apply them.

You suffering more then the average player doesn't make you a better gamer at that game...it means you are suffering more.

Like if you still don't want to turn on those features, go ahead. But also feel free to try them out. See if it helps with your enjoyment of the game or fulfillment or whatever you get out of the game.

Do you have any recs for a game like that? Life has made me feel weak lately, so I'd love to feel like an utter force of nature in a game, lol!

I'm thinking seriously about this deal for Doom (2016)

I feel like I should be able to get three dollars and ninety-nine cents of fun out of being Mr. Doomguy, right? 🤔🤷‍♀️😉

Also, not the same style of game at all but I'm also considering this deal for Dragon Age 2

$7.49 and it includes all of the DLC. I've never played a game like that where you fight with so much strategy (though I don't believe it's turn-based? Never played turn-based either, though, so... 🤷‍♀️😉). I'm not sure if I'll be really bad at it and/or not enjoy it. I also already have Dragon Age: Inquisition but haven't played it yet 😞so didn't know if I should play that first to see how well I do with that style of game? But I believe DAI actually follows DA2, right? So I'd be better off playing 2 first? Or does it not matter? Friends, I have a confuzzle and I'm just not sure!

For what it's worth to anybody who's new to me/my blog, I adore the Mass Effect games but at the start really struggled with utilizing my squadmates, using their abilities, directing them where to go, who to attack, where and when to take cover, etc. but now I'm very comfortable with that and have a lot of fun with that aspect. So I'm hoping that the DA games will just feel like another extension of that?

Also, I really want to one day play Baldur's Gate 3 if it ever comes down enough in price, so I'd like to already be familiar with a similar play style, if possible.

Any early game advice, FromSoftware veterans?

Ive been wanting on and off to try out danganronpa out of curiousity but also to broaden my Palette if games since I usually just play cozy games/sims/rpg. (Played action-based games like Zelda in the past but nothing scratches the itch anymore)
