This was the #sidedish that I received yesterday as part of my #porchdrop from @strongarmbaking . I sampled it last night during #dinner . Jicama Lime Coleslaw is made with #fallcabbage , #limejuice , #chilis , #jalepenos , #jicama and #dukesmayonnaise . Until last night, I had never eaten jicama before, nor have I ever had #coleslaw made with lime juice. The juice adds the perfect bit of #citrusy #sweetness to compliment the #crunchy #earthiness of the jicama. The chilis and jalapeños add a nice #spicykick too.
