I’ve been eating lots of food. Eating a ton of carbs. I even have a $40 bag rice as a staple, but today and here on out, I’m going to be eating more proteins and veggies. I’m nursing and underweight and all the carbs turning into sugars aren’t good for me. I’m always starving and I may have a sugar dependency. Here it goes towards #paleo but don’t be hater if I’m sometimes a #faileo instead 😂 Here is my lunch of eggs cooked in butter, avocado, and mango nectar with chia seeds. And there’s no way in hell this diet - the free range and wild meats and all - of eating is cheap. Rice and beans is cheaper but neither one is paleo... just sayin’ 😂
