#f1 time

So I overslept a little! My plan was to get up at 9am, shower, dress, eat and then go have another quick (1hr 30minish) gym session before F1. I may have only got out of bed about 25 mins ago (10:30ish) haha! Guess my body needed that extra sleep tho otherwise it wouldn't have slept through my 9am alarms. It's a bit late now to go do a decent enough workout before F1 build up begins at 12:10. So looks like today became a rest day from gym! Instead I might go for a bike ride or walk late afternoon!
