If you aren't aware of it yet, typst is soo nice for making custom pdf's / typesetting stuffs. I love typst <3
As someone who could never understand how to write/compile LaTeX locally, typst is just soo much easier. And most of the formatting is just markdown stuffs, which is something I'm largely used to at this point.
Typst also just has a much easier syntax, in my opinion.
You can use their editor, but I've always just written it in neovim and compiled locally.
