What's just out of the oven: Chiptole dark chocolate chip shortbread cookies dipped in dark chocolate. 

Variations:

1. Cinnamon and sugar on top 

2. Chili powder and sugar on top

3. Red pepper powder and sugar on top

Davey and I thought we'd experiment a bit a see which variation we like best. Everything is cooling down currently and we're really nervous to try this daring recipe. It could either be terrible or mouth watering. Maybe someday you'll see this cookie in our future bakery.
