This is getting really long, I just wanted to say that Capricorn do have emotions despite the stereotype. But while Cancer may have better practice with dealing with emotions/expressing sometimes (not always the case!) - their emotionally repressed, constantly constipated counterpart Capricorn who usually starts at ground zero on these things (unless they grew up with good emotional foundation/support from others who taught them this!) -- is kind of vulnerable when learning to express any form of personal emotional attachment to anyone ever sometimes. 

It can be overwhelming, especially when they learn how to and is accepted for it. Literally floodgates. That’s a Capricorn who loves you if they’re crying for you. It’s because they know how hard you worked and is emotionally invested in your achievement as well. I don’t think any of these two signs know what its like to not place themselves in the place of others? Your achievement is their achievements, your success is their success when they genuinely love you. Thats a saturnian man who believes in hard-work and to see someone who’s deserving, good, kind, taught him things and is so close to him overcome his own hardship and receive his dued-rewards, that’s just and right y know? That’s how the world should be, rewarding those who deserves it at the end of a hard part in a journey/arc. 

To be honest, I don’t think Capricorns are bad at emotions completely. I think they can be good at it. It’s just - they’re a little naive when it comes to emotions. They have lots, but in terms of self-expression sometimes it’s simply just not knowing how to do it the way they want to. And with a Cancer, it’s easier because the Cancer seems to have more of an idea on how to express themselves without losing themselves? I have no regrets suggesting that perhaps they are generally a little less sharp than Cancer in this area, but it balances out somehow because both of them gets things done. 

Since both of them like control, it’s nice when one of them can inspire the other to let loose/be themselves a little without feeling like either are dragging each other down. A give and take of taking care of each other and nurturing is how I’d describe this polar dynamic? They’re more similar than they realize and in a way, I think they both evoke stuff in each other. 

Luhan

You had been told there was a hit out on you and you were starting to freak out. It had been weeks. You had yet to see anyone. You look behind you wherever you go and slept with one eye open. You are on constant alert.

Luhan has been watching you for awhile before he allowed you to notice him… and notice him you did. He didn’t seem dangerous. He looked like the kind of guy you would ask to buy you a drink. Which is exactly what you did. He didn’t seem prepared for your bold statement.

“You wanted me to notice you. A gentleman should buy a lady a drink before he kills her, don’t you think?”

He laughed and told the bartender to give you anything you wanted. You were on your fourth martini when you asked him to come up to your room.

“Let me guess, a gentleman is expected to spend the night?”

Kris

You were outside in the smoking section. You didn’t really smoke yourself but you needed space from the bustle of the party. You saw his lighter flicker on then off, the clink of metal on metal reaching your ears from the alleyway beside you. You thought about going back inside but something about the ambiance of this man drew you in. Before you knew it, you were by his side, cigarette in hand.

As you leaned closer to the flame he provided, you followed his eyes and realized your blouse had unbuttoned almost completely. Your own eyes widened as you turned your back to the man to button back up. When you were almost done you felt a hand wrap around your waist, his fingers making quick work of the buttons you had just fixed.

Your hair tumbled over your face as you looked back, heat across your cheeks, your eyes burning with indignation. His eyes widened before a grin settled on his lips.

“I like a girl who shines bright in this dull town. Shall we burn this city down together?”

Suho

You slipped into Suho’s lap, wrapping your arms around him with a small pout. “Come on Daddy, don’t be stingy.” He had asked for you to accompany him to this dive bar that looked like it was a den for escorts and drug deals. You had been angry at first. This was meant to be a date but what kind of place was this?

You had been nervous enough to begin with, you didn’t make it a habit of going out with strange men you met at the subway, but he had just been so hot and what was the worst that could happen?

Of course you had adapted quickly, deciding to make a joke out of it. He had his arms crossed, his face was blank, but as you moved around he was starting to react.

You bit your lip with a smile on your face, pleased that you were able to make him feel that way so quick. Before you could say another word, however, you were thrown down on the cushioned couch. Suho was mere inches from your face.

“If you want me to play, you better be worth my time.”

Yixing

You had worked with Yixing for many years. You knew him pretty well. Which is why when he invited you out to drink in the shitty part of town late after work you knew something was up. In your line of work, anything out of the ordinary was a huge red flag.

Your curiosity had gotten the best of you and you had accepted. As you got further away from the city you were really starting to wonder what was up. You asked if he knew where he was going and he had laughed, stating he would never admit to being lost.

It was once you were pulling up to a stop near a construction site that you realized what was happening.

“So this is it, huh? You are going to do it?” He opens your door, helping you out. You lean against the car, letting your shirt fall off the shoulder. You beckon him over. “For old times sake?”

“I need you to disappear. One way or another, you can’t leave here tonight.”

Baekhyun

Baekhyun was intrigued. You hadn’t begged for your life like he thought you would. Instead you suggested raising the stakes. You had leaned in close and whispered against his neck that you felt it was owed to you. Another try of luck. After all, luck was the only reason you were here in the first place.

You pulled out a deck of cards. "Highest number wins.” Your fingers trembled as you pulled out a Jack, a small smile on your lips. His face didn’t change as he held up the King of Diamonds. A small gasp escaped your lips. How was that even possible?

“Double or nothing?”

“How about this time we use a coin. Heads you live, tails you die.”

Chen

Chen looked at you with what could only be described as pure disgust plastered across his face. You were on your knees, between his legs, trying to pull his pants off.

It’s not as bad as it sounds.

He had ordered a Bloody Mary and you were delivering it when you had been pushed by some rowdy customers and ended up spilling it in his lap. Cliché, true, but what had happened, happened.

You now had him in the back room and had tried to get him into some temporary pants so you could clean the ones he was wearing but he wasn’t having it. Finally you stopped pulling, instead grabbing the vinegar and the washcloth and started to dab at the fast forming stain.

“I’m really sorry about this. I’m sure I can fix it.”

“Let’s see how well you can clean before we make any rash decisions.”

Chanyeol

Chanyeol had tried to kill you a few times already. For one reason or another, it hadn’t worked out. He was starting to wonder if it was divine intervention.

He tried many methods yet every single time you denied him the ability to reach his goal. His latest attempt was to have you run over but you swerved out of the way, even saving someone else in the process.

He was at the small gathering to honor your bravery, apparently the person you had saved was someone important. He shook his head in disbelief. How did this even happen? That’s when you walked over to him and introduced yourself and he formed a new plan. You had told him it was getting stuffy in here and you needed some air. Your smile was contagious.

When he asked you out you were taken aback. It was not what you were expecting. “I’m not a hero or anything if that’s your thing.”

“I just want to get to know you, and see what you look like, deep down inside.”

Kyungsoo

Kyungsoo caught you on your way home from work. He was very charming. He had started the conversation asking for directions yet somehow you ended up at a jazz club in the more seedy side of town.

You had only had one drink but you were feeling off. When you told your companion you thought it was best if you went home he insisted you stay and watch the next song. By the time the next song was finished, you were pretty sure you were coming down with something. You could barely stand.

Kyungsoo walked you to his car, which happened to be outside the jazz club. You couldn’t remember why that was strange but you couldn’t walk by yourself so you had other things on your mind; like how your head ended up on Kyungsoo’s shoulder, or figuring out what the metal object was in his hand.

“Too bad we didn’t meet under better circumstances.”

Tao

You didn’t have a chance to seduce Tao, he would snipe you from afar before you were able to get too close. He would admire the outfit that hugged your curves in all the right places through the scope of his rifle. But that wouldn’t be enough to stop him from completing the job.

He would make an excuse to come back a second day, watching you from the rooftop as he sighed in regret. He wouldn’t waste time on the job. That’s all you were to him, after all.

“What a pity. Beauty never lasts.”

Jongin

Your heart raced as you sprinted down the road, led by the stranger who wouldn’t let go of your hand. You weaved through the large boisterous crowd, following close behind. The shouts of “Happy New Year,” could be heard from different clusters along with your own heartbeat. You turned your head, but the fog behind you was covering anyone who may have been on your tail.

The man had introduced himself as Kai. He had warned you that someone was after you right before you were attacked.

But now that you were thinking about it, were you attacked? It was New Years and the excitement of everyone around you was high. Was it a gun or champagne popping? You thought about this, the straps of your dress slipping down your shoulders for the 20th time that night as you realized where you were.

You were in an alley and you could only just make out the sounds of the previous crowd, it was dark and the hand that had felt so comforting was now crushing your fingers. Your back was jammed into the cold concrete behind you.

“The night’s still young. You don’t mind taking a quick detour, right?”

Sehun

“I know everything.”

That’s what he had told you before fanning out the polaroid photographs on the desk. You tried to keep calm and face this stranger head on. You denied that they were you, you denied that you knew the other people in the photo, and you demanded to be shown to the door.

He wasn’t having it. He laughed, his fingers digging into your jaw as his lips made his way onto yours.

“See, I think that it is you in those photographs, and I also think that you knew I would be watching.”
