Here I’m trying very hard to control the descent of my legs. Focusing on my core was very intense. My concern at the moment is that with my weight training I definitely need a two day break before I do this type of tough yoga wheel exercises. Last week I gave myself two days break. It’s obvious with some discomforting stiffness in my lower back I definitely need two rest days. Sometimes life throws at you hard lessons. Fortunately so far any tension in my back is only while In doing extreme stretching. Of course it goes without saying breathing techniques are so important here.
