Breakfast: Smoothie - banana and strawberries, almond milk, protein powder, chia and flaxseeds, almond butter; sunrise energy bar
Lunch: Rotisserie chicken pieces with 1/3 cup brown rice, grapes.
Snack: 4 Olde Tyme hard pretzels, brownie (large!)
Dinner: Leftover cheeseburger with onion, spinach, pico de gallo, sunchips
I'm ok with repetitive food because one of my goals is to utilize leftovers better and make sure nothing goes bad. Most useless/unenjoyed thing was the pretzels, which I had because my lunch was very small and I got hungry in the afternoon. So, I have to eat more good things for lunch tomorrow.
Activity:
Walked to work for the afternoon, about .55 miles each way.
Bent over rows: 15 lb x 10 x 4 each
Rear delt raises: 10 x 2 each
Bicep curls: 15 lb x 7 x 3 each
Hammer curls: 15 lb x 7 x 3 each
Scissors: 25 x 2 each
Backward and forward lunges: 10 x 2 each
Bodyweight squat: 10 x 1
Bodyweight squat w/ 15 lb slam ball: 10 x 2
Sumo squat with calf raise: 15 x 1
Glute kickbacks with upward extension: 25 x 1
I wish that was better but I think it was OK for today since yesterday was hard and I want to do more tomorrow...
