The Hephaestus crew must have such complicated feelings about December 25th. Because it's Eiffel’s birthday and he no longer remembers how much that used to matter to him. Because it's Christmas which was important to Minkowski and which Eiffel hated. Because it's the anniversary of when they found evidence of alien life and Hilbert betrayed them and Hera had her personality core ripped out and everything about the mission changed. It's a day crowded with conflicting emotions, a day that they want to celebrate and condemn and commemorate and forget.

I realise I've been getting plenty of replies to my posts recently (especially when I ask questions) and I just want you all to know that even though I never seem to get around to actually replying to any of you, I really appreciate you guys giving input and answering questions and offering support etc. I see your replies and I appreciate the heck out of them

i had a dream last night i was in a video-art class and somehow in the university, the entire study section of the buildings was a costco - i was making an indie film of someone close to my heart in the chips aisle, she wore platform shoes and we kept laughing at how silly our puns of the different chip names were - the dream shifted and on the roof was a riverbed and my pal fahrlight was having a cosplay meeting and i was also dressed as loki and i asked to take a picture together but i got embarrassed because my costume was shit compared to theirs and dang later on the costco flooded and i had to hang out with clique-y art kids and play dungeons and dragons with them on the roof’s roof area of the costco and all their characters were wizard halflings and i was the only elf, a cleric, and i had to babysit all these little magic kids while praying to jesus that he relieve me and just let me study

That feeling when you can’t remember if you’ve eaten or not so you stand in the middle of your kitchen contemplating your life choices.
