You've probably answered this before but how do i know when a word needs and accent mark?
This is actually a somewhat confusing topic to write about but it comes up very frequently in the topics of esdrújula
Basically it's a linguistic-ish answer, but it depends on how many syllables the word is, where the tonic stress of a word is, and what consonant/vowel the word ends in
I'll link to some youtube videos which I think do a good job explaining the rules:
Intro to Spanish Accent Rules
Spanish Accent Rules grave vs. aguda
Spanish Accent Marks esdrújula
Palabras con esdrújula
Explanation of grave, aguda etc.
I find that most Spanish-speakers can intuit the rules just by sounding a word out.
But the good news is that Spanish accent rules are very standardized and there aren't many surprises; Spanish goes out of its way to be accessible to people so the rules seem complicated at first but when you understand it you'll be able to tell 99% of the time when a word needs an accent mark

I also have a handful of posts on this under the esdrujula tag
I can go into a bit more later if you still would like some help, but I find that the verbs and their conjugations are the best tool for practicing this
Please let me know if there are things you'd like explained in more detail, it's just a very potentially confusing topic!
