A couple of days ago I reviewed the quite interesting, excellent and minty gin by @skin_gin (if not allready go check it out πππΌ) . Thankfully itβs #tuesdaygt so I got to use this great gin again. I wanted a G&T but as I often tend to do, I had to experiment a bit; The gin has some exquisite notes of mint and I wanted to take advantage of exactly that π . So I brainstormed (for about 2 seconds) and a Mojito came to mind π€ . This is the result; . Express and include 4 wedges of lime πinto the glass Add 2 drops of Tonic bitters (@thebittertruthcompany ) Add plenty clear ice βοΈ 5 CL gin (@skin_gin ) Top with dry tonic (@erasmusbond ) Garnish with fresh mint π₯¦(iPhone needs to add a Mint and a lime emoji ASAP π) Enjoy π SkΓ₯l π₯ .
