EPTEND - NIGHT RIDE (Official Video) (Flash warning!)
Naughty 4 Life’s EPTEND released an MV to “Night Ride”, one of the songs of his EP “Night Ride“ from December.
Compared to when I first discovered him, Eptend has grown a lot. Singing suits him, he has a soft voice that sounds natural and chill without trying hard. It can also be heard on the other songs (but they have more rap) and Chillin Homie’s “Drive Way”, where he featured but sang most of the song.
The vibe of this song reminds me of Corbyn, which I like :D The beat is a basic trap beat but a little faster than you’d think for a calm song, and it has some sparkly-sounding elements on top. This song is in only English, but (I haven’t looked at the lyrics) it sounds like he’s good enough at it to pull it off. The MV accompanies the song well and underlines the lonely night ride vibes.
