I feel weird in my head
Like, I don't know how to describe it
It's not like when I dissociate because of my ptsd, but it's something else, a really really weird feeling in my head and I don't know if it's physical or what?
I also have noticed that I have some jerking movements that I haven't had in a while and I can't help but wonder if I'm just being paranoid or if it's my epilepsy coming back?
Does anyone who suffers from epilepsy ever felt a weird unexplicable feeling "in their head" / "brain" or just an uneasy bodily feeling? I can't explain it and with the jerking movements from my legs and feet (mostly) from the last 3 months, I'm really unsure of if it's my epilepsy or just me freaking out?
