Matt [recapping]: “...upon walking to the centre of the strange empty temple structure, you saw, down in a once previously traversed sandpit, there stood Earthbreaker Groon, the high priest of Kord, who then turned to you and asked you to ‘show him what you have learned.’” Grog: “I reach into my Bag of Holding, and I take out a small drawing of the letter G. This is what I have learned. That’s not it – I take out the Dwarven Thrower and I jump into the sandpit.”

[Talking about brothels in Whitestone. Again.] Marisha: “Is one called the House of Bosoms?” Matt: “As one of the titled masters of Whitestone, it could very well in the near future. Just tell me so I can add it to the campaign guide.” Travis: “I”ll come up with something better.” Sam: “International House of Bosoms.” Travis: “With all the flags on it.”

Grog [to Vex]: “I only trust like a few people in the world. You, Scanlan, and Pike. And now it’s just you and Pike.” Vex: “Me and Pike?” Grog: “No, I mean I trust the others, right? But like, I know you on a more intimate level.” Vex: “Cause you saw my titties?” Grog: “Pretty much, yeah.” Marisha: “That’s literally it. I don’t know if they’ve ever had, like, an in-depth discussion.” 

And here is Endou, believing you just need to walk around the city a bit to find A TRUCK TIRE. Because, you know, people just usually leave them around.

And while Scanlan has clearly never been well adjusted and his break down had been a long time coming, I was still surprised to see that he somehow managed to make Vax and Percy seem stable in comparison. Vax who has been suffering from some pretty heavy depression since at least the underwater temple, possibly earlier. And Percy who typically rather than talking things out, shuts up and goes to build something explosive. I’m just letting that sink in.
