Buddy’s
Some of my favorite Buddy’s, all of which I wanna draw.
I think it’s cool they list Edna and Buddy here, they may have meant it sarcastically but still. I didn’t consider either of those things powers, more like skills/creations but fair enough, if they say so.
Also game Buddy, partly for reference of what his lair looks like.

I’ve got like a thing for alleys
Looking back at one of the comments from the end of semester presentation mentioned by Andrea McSwan I looked back at this show “The Magic Roundabout”
The look of the trees and plants on the environment are quite simplistic and all simply made of 2D cut outs.
This could be a simplistic but good look to aim for for my own environment for the story.
To simplify the trees and give it a stylised look I started to think that I could have 2D planes of trees surrounding the surface giving it the illusion that there are actually tree but its is a simply texture which was laid around the background.

Above is an example I found quite interesting regarding using planes for leaves.
I don’t plan to make my trees as detailed as this but the feel of it is quite interesting.
