In this video I define “Poor In Spirit” being used in James 2:5. ✨✨ . . . Have you heard, read, or preached the sermon on the Mount where Jesus first refers to being “Poor in Spirit?” ✨✨ . . . I actually preached for 15 minutes for a 10 minute sermon. I need to time myself next time. I didn’t think my notes would stretch that far but I didn’t take into account the engagement and interaction from my classmates. ✨✨ . . . We had fun. We laughed.
