Derived the Coriophan’s rough anatomy from the corioalarian base and it’s working well. Maybe it’s a little bit too bulky, I don’t know yet. And Joseph shows off his dancing skills for the sake of scale.

This workweek was something else in terms of pressure and it’s a relief to let strokes be what I want them to be. Kanerophan vs. Coriophan! The latter really does work as a species... at least I think that it looks fucking cool. x)
I wanted to sketch around on the Kanerophan, but the first doodle looked more like a bulky, land-adapted corioalar. So maybe the plains of Eneriss became an evolutionary playground for the rivalry between “Kanerophans” and “Coriophans”.
They walk on their modified wings and I don’t know what to do with their second pair of hands yet. It’d make sense to keep them since there’s no trunk helping in quickly picking up things, but they look a bit like a genetic mishap right now. Oh well, we’ll see. ;)
