Mercedes Ener-G-Force concept
The Ener-G-Force is a Mercedes Benz design project. The idea is that this is what LAPD will be driving around LA in in 2025.
The G Wagon which this concept is based on is ridiculously old but still produced. Could this be its eventual replacement?
The Highway Patrol Car of 2025: The Mercedes Ener-G-Force Concept
We hate to cover concept cars that will never hit mass production, (even though we're not above posting supercars that might as well be concepts to the common man,) but Mercedes just dropped such a futuristic beast of a car that we couldn't resist. The car seems to have been created for a post-apocalyptic landscape, since it features facets like a tank on the roof to store water that's transferred to the "hydro-tech converter" where it's converted into hydrogen for running the fuel cells and a 360-degree topography scanner on the roof for when you're chasing someone out of the thunderdome.
