Happy Sunday!

I hope you had a wonderful Passover and Easter Celebration surrounded by those you love.   Celebrations can sometimes be stressful and I wanted to share the article I wrote on that subject for The Florida Today on Thursday, 4-9-15.

Monday, 4-13-15 – 9 am to 10 am ~  There are many reasons why there are accidents. Did you know that over 3000 people die each year just because of distracted driving?  (This total does not include the accidents that do not lead to death.)  Casey Feldman was crossing the street when a driver looked away for a few seconds, struck and killed her.  Trial Lawyer, Tiffany Faddis, will share Casey's story and how we can do our part to End Distracted Driving.    Click Here to view what EndDD is doing to create awareness on how we drive.(Show is already aired and posted on www.whenyouneedafriend.com)

Tuesday, 4-14-15 – 9 am to 10 am ~  It’s the 2nd Tuesday of the month and that can only mean that psychotherapists, Dr. David Baker Hargrove is back!  I love spending time with him because the conversation is always fun.  This time, we will discuss           R-E-S-P-E-C-T.  Let’s find out what this means to him!

Wednesday, 4-15-15 – 9 am to 10 am ~  Sunseed Coop, in Cape Canaveral, has been around for over 40 years and they are getting ready for their big “Earth Day” celebration on 4-22-15!  Samantha Deebel, of Sunseed Coop, will give us the inside scoop on the celebration and tell us about the importance of organic living.

Thursday, 4-16-15 – 9 am to 10 am ~ I just attended Dr. Romie’s meditation workshop. Learning the basics of meditation renewed a commitment to meditate.  We need to slow down throughout our day and create more balance.  Dr. Romie is joining us to share tips on how we can make meditation a part of our everyday life and reduce the madness of our busy days. Excuse me, I need to go meditate...  Ommmm!

Friday, 4-17-15 – 9 am to 10 am ~  Have you ever seen the National & International show called “Ask Dr. Nandi”?  I met Dr. Nandi when I flew to LA to do The Dr. Jason Show on ChazzLive.  Well, he is a man of his word because as busy as he is, he will share his wisdom about colorectal cancer.  We need to have these conversations so no one ever feels uncomfortable about having a colonoscopy.
