Okay so all the non/dub con you mentioned definitely pinged with me, in fact the BH and I were...we'll say vigorously discussing this today. I personally am not fond of most of the changes to Yenn' s backstory and especially all of that. @trulycertain

Seal, what did you not like about the backstory changes? I was mostly OK and very glad we got to see Yen pre-transformation and that Istredd got a bit more to do, but I was frustrated that the books’ emphasis on her relationship with her mother was erased in favour of yet another shit fictional father. Maybe they thought it might come off too misogynistic with Visenna in the same season?
