Say âHahaâ To This
Ok so the start is super weird but I swear this is pure fluff and no Hamiria, just Hamiliza. Youâll have to wait and see.....
Also, this is my second âAlternate song endingâ fic.Â
Also also, you can check out my masterpost which is on my profile page.
Also also also, please enjoy (;
âI know you are a man of honour, Iâm so sorry to bother you at home. But I donât know where to go, and I came here all aloneâ.
The lady had a sad look in her eyes, and a red flowing dress that scattered at her shoes. She was shorter than him, very short, like a lost kid asking people if theyâd seen his parents.Â
âMy husbands doing me wrong, heâs beating me, cheating me, mistreating me! Suddenly has up and gone, I donât have the means to go onâ.
Poor thing.Â
Hamiltonâs heart ached from her sorrow. He couldnât help but offer her a loan and a walk home. She smiled softly, âYour too kind, sirâ. There was something oddly familiar about that smile, but he just decided to gloss over it.Â
He walked her to her house, which was cottage-sized and a block away from his. The poor lady, having been trapped so long in such a small space with such a husband. âThis oneâs mine, sirâ, she said weakly, stepping through her front gates and offering that he follow.
He followed her without question, and she led him to her front door, down a short corridor and into a small room with a double bed. She slowly sat on the bed, and grinned up at him. Wait, did she think? No. There was no way.
âWell, I should head back homeâ, he said sheepishly.
The lady softly tilted her head down, shook her head and slowly widened her legs, âStayâ.
âHeyâ
âHeyâ
Oh, the poor lady. Expecting contact from a stranger. He slowly sat down beside her, âI am so sorry, but I must say no to this. I will see what I can do to get you out of your situationâ.Â
And than, the lady smiled. Smiled. She began unzipping her dress and fiddling with her hair and wiping the heavy makeup from her face.
âWait, no, I said-â
Without the ladies makeup, her face was younger. Beneath red dress was a tight yellow one. Now he recognised her.
âPeggy? What the-â
âSurprise!â, came the voice of Hamiltonâs own wife, Eliza, as she stepped into the room and flung her arms around his neck.
âWhat the-â
âIt was a test!â, Eliza remarked, âIt was a prank! And you past Alexander, you truly are a loyal husband!â. She softly pecked his lips before departing.
âGood job Peggy!â, Angelica remarked as she gave her younger sister a high five. Hamilton, for once, was lost for words, âI-I thought you girls were upstate with Philipâ. âNope!â, Eliza said joyfully, âWe planned thisâ.
âBut whoâs house is this?â
âPeggyâsâ
âWait, you, tricked me?â, Hamilton said, hardly believing what was going on.
âYup!â, Eliza exclaimed, giving her husband another kiss.
âBut, why? Do you.....do you not trust me?â
âNo!â, Eliza remarked, âOf course not, Alexander! We just thought it would be funny to see your reaction!â
âAnd it isâ, Angelica remarked. Again, Hamilton was lost for words. Angelica gently shook his hand, âThat was so kind of you, Alexander. To give that money. Eliza definitely has a good taste in men!â Eliza just nodded enthusiastically and kissed him yet again, âYou are so sweet, Alexander. And kind, and giving, and loyal. I love you so muchâ.
Suddenly, it snapped. Hamiltonâs wife and sister-in laws had just played a joke on him! A smile spread across his face.
âWow, you really had meâ.
Peggy whistled softly, âIâm a good actress, arenât I?â
Hamilton nodded, âVery much so. Yet perhaps, you should use those talents for something more productive than tricking your brother in law!â. He nudged her side playfully. Peggy squeaked and jumped back. âOho!â, Hamilton remarked, âLooks like someoneâs ticklish!â Eliza giggled, âNot as much as you, Alexander!â
Hamilton blushed. âWait, Alexander, I didnât know you were ticklishâ, Angelica stated, a tiny smirk on her face. âOh, Alexander is horribly ticklish! Heâs worse than Peggy!â, Eliza exclaimed. âWorse than Peggy? I didnât even know that was possible!â, Angelica said, turning to Hamilton, her smirk grown ever so slightly.
Hamilton blushed further, fiddling shyly with a string on his shirt. Peggy stood up from the bed, leaning over to poke Hamilton the same place sheâd nudged him. He jumped back with a squeal, the finger not even making contact.
âWow!â, Peggy remarked, giggling, âI didnât even touch you! Elizaâs right, you are more ticklish than me!â Without a moments hesitation, the youngest Schuyler sister pushed Hamilton onto her bed, and clawed her finger into his stomach. Hamilton shrieked, before dissolving in laughter.
âNohahahahaha!â, he cried, Peggy putting an elbow to his legs, preventing him from kicking her, âStohohohp!â
To Eliza, the situation was familiar. However, this was the first time that Angelica had seen Alexander in this state: head tossed back, cheeks flushed, laughing like crazy, just from fingers at his stomach. She found the situation rather amusing.
âEliza help!â, he cried out desperately between his laughter.
Eliza smirked, âIf you say so, my dearestâ. She wiggled her fingers up and down his sides.
âNohoho!â, he laughed, âDohohonâthehelp heher! Traitor!â
âIâm so sorry Alexanderâ Eliza chuckled, âBut sisters before mistersâ
Hamiltonâs laughter boomed around the room, well, boomed isnât quite the word. His laughter was very high, like a girls laughter, but Eliza loved it all the same. In fact, she believed it made him even more cute.
âHow interestingâ, Angelica commented from the other side of the room.
Eliza rolled her eyes as she moved on to her husbandâs ribs, causing him to snort before resuming his laughing fit. âOh come on sis, tickling is not a spectator sportâ
Angelica couldnât stop her smile now, she just shook her head. What was she getting herself into? She leaned down and started squeezing Hamiltonâs knee.
âNo! HAHAHAHAHA ANGELICAHAHAHA!â.
Eliza smirked, âEliza!â. She dug her fingers under his arms.
Peggy giggled, âAnd Peggy!â
âThe Schuyler sisters!â, the three chorused, playfully wrecking the man beneath them.
This went on for quite some time, all four of them enjoying every second of it. They didnât want to kill him though, so eventually, they let him breathe.
He panted, cheeks flushed, hair messy and an ear to ear grin plastered on his face. âTha-hat was so meanâ, he chuckled, sitting up. Eliza nudged Peggy cheekily, âGet her back first, she started it!â âAnd sheâs the most ticklishâ, Angelica added. âHeyyyyyyâ Peggy whined, stepping away from the others cautiously.Â
âOhâ, Hamilton said, âItâs onâ
Hehehe thanks for reading! Please like if you enjoyed it would mean a lot to me!
Ham and Eliza; stay
From your âPhilip gets into a bad accident instead of dyingâ-AU thing, inspired by talks with Alex about how Little Judge Ham is a grossly underrated Ham:
The past year had taught Eliza how to survive, more than anything else. There were the usual strategies- surround yourself with friends and family, go for your morning jog, do more work down at the orphanage, that gives you some sense of purpose and people there know not to stare. But the easiest thing Eliza had learned is that all one had to do to survive was continue walking. If she treated her life like a bratty child in the backseat and just ignored it, and defiantly continued on, she would survive, and that was enough.
The unfortunate downside of that strategy was that when she got the flu, she was forced to stop, and then things could begin to overtake her.
âI can still go into work,â she said from underneath her pile of blankets. Alex cast her a reproachful look from the doorway.
âWhat do you say when I try to pull that?â
She had no answer, so she sullenly wriggled further into her cocoon. Alex walked over and kissed her forehead, ignoring her noises of protests and her unwashed hair.
âI already called in. To your work and mine. Iâll be in my office- you just call if you need anything.â
She felt an inexplicable stab of fear as Alex straightened up and headed towards the door. He was letting her sleep. She should sleep. She had woken up several times last night, and if she was being honest she hadnât slept through the night for the past month or so, not since Phil got back from the hospital and she let Alex back into her bed. She should seize the opportunity to sleep alone.
But she very much did not want to be alone in this house or this bed. She had had enough of that this past year.
âCan you stay?â she asked. Alex stopped in the doorway and turned to face her, his own fear on his face. âIâm fine,â she said quickly. âI just want to be with you.â
He relaxed and sat down on the bed. âYou sure I wonât be disturbing you?â
âNo,â she said. He lay down next to her, and she shoved one of the blankets from her cocoon onto him. âTell me about work,â she demanded.
âMmm.â He looked over at her thoughtfully. âHave I already told you how everyoneâs an idiot?â
She kicked at him as best she could under her covers. âSeriously. What you were talking about yesterday. The NAFTA thing. Have there been any updates?â
âGod. No, not yet. I think they think they can just stall us out. But christ, this should have been done years agoâŠâ
He continued and she mushed her face into his side, listening to him as best she could as the rise and fall of his stomach lulled her to sleep.
When she woke up, she felt like she had finally slept for the first time in months. Alex was gone and there was a cup of warm tea on her bedside table. She smiled and picked it up and five minutes later, the door opened.
âGood morning,â he said, when he saw that she was up. âHow do you feel?â
âBetter,â she said. âCome back to bed.â

Since both @runawayforthesummer and @shapechangersinwinter sassed me- hereâs some jewish!Alex AU Hamliza. I say âsassedâ like I wasnât desperate for some idea to do in this AU and like they werenât doing me a massive favor. Probably not historically accurate but does anyone really care:
âSo itâs passed matrilineally,â Eliza said. Her head was resting on Alexâs shoulder, a fire was in front of them, and on top of a quilt, a book written in Hebrew was on his lap.
âYeah,â Alex said, stroking her hair lightly. âSo none of our kids will be Jewish, technically.â Eliza looked up at him. âThatâs good, right?â he said quickly. âItâs not like I would be able to take them to synagogue or anything like that. This way, they wonât be confused.â
Eliza frowned. âBut I donât want you to be alone,â she said softly. Alex felt his stomach drop.
âIâve been alone for a while,â he said just as soft. âItâs ok.â
âNo,â she said. âItâs not.â Alex didnât know what to say to that, so he picked up the book and began reading again, and Eliza curled back into him and listened.
