#electrolytes...it’s a hot button word in the #keto world. I’ve done a little research and as I love to share....here ya go. On the #ketodiet you need electrolytes, why? Well in simplest form: you’re peeing a lot. I know - I’m so classy. But I’m #ketoinreallife yo...😂😂 Anyways, when you cut carbs your body let’s go of it through your ....well, pee! And since you are going to the bathroom more - you’re losing more water. Your body needs that water, we are 70%? Water so. We let go of all that water you’re gonna get dehydrated. You’ll get symptoms similar to the flu. Even something like leg cramps too! Simple solution to that? Making your own electrolyte mix. Water, apple cider vinegar, Himalayan sat and Nu salt. I personally drink 2-3 bottles of @propelwater a day. I call it my coffee of the day. There are many recipes for #electrolytewater ... @pintrest people.
