~Denver Omelette Egg Muffins~

Best-Ever Egg Muffins
Egg muffin cups with ham and poblano
🥚✨🌿🌙 Healthful Egg Muffins for a Witchy but Hearty Breakfast.
Ingredients: - 5 eggs. - 1/4 cup of milk. - A few taps of garlic powder. - Diced breakfast sausage. - Bacon pieces. - Shredded cheese. - Any herbs, vegetables, good green stuff you wish to add (kale, broccoli, rosemary, basil, etc). - Black pepper.
Directions: 1. Crack open the eggs and whip until fully mixed; add in milk to make the results extra fluffy. Tap a bit of garlic powder and black pepper to taste into the mixture. Set aside. 2. Separately, prepare the breakfast sausage and bacon however you like to do it. I like to use microwavable breakfast sausage and pre-packaged bacon bits for convenience sake (plus it’s less expensive!). 3. Pour the egg mixture into the cups of a muffin tin, leaving room to add the other ingredients. 4. Into the tins drop in as much bacon, sausage, cheese, and herbs as you want so long as you don’t overflow the cups. This is where you can get a little witchy; look up herb correspondences and set intentions if you wish, or just make a tasty and easy breakfast ! 5. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until brown on the top.
You can make big batches, as well, since these keep very well in the fridge! These will last up to five days if kept refrigerated; just pop in the microwave for 20 seconds to reheat them. This is a very easy and healthy breakfast to make that’ll last you a whole work week/school week, keep you full through morning, and give you plenty of protein. ♥

Breakfast egg muffins are loaded with bacon, spinach and cheese and baked in the oven for a delicious warm breakfast that’s perfect for brunch or meal prep.
Whoa, I'm back on Tumblr.
And though I wanted this to be a gaming blog and promoting my gaming channel, that's non exisitant. Life gets in the way, and I put priorities in front of making a channel. And I'm lazy. Lol.
But, today marks the first day of a Keto diet my SO and I are pursuing, and this blog will be about that for now. Hopefully this will act as both encouragment for others wanting to lose weight as well as motivation for the two of us to keep at it and make ourselves healthier.
My SO made some legit Keto meals for the two of us for 4 days, which include: Tuscan Chicken with broccoli, shrimp with lemon sauce and asparagus, and baked salmon and cauliflower. It was amazing what she did in two hours. But I felt left out in our efforts so last night I made us some egg muffins. I put bacon, spinach, and sharp cheddar in there, and she loved them. So I think I'm gonna take care of breakfast from now on, and prep dinner in a slow cooker. So now I'm questing for some slow cooker Keri-friendly recipes!
Stay tuned for updates, as they will come daily from now on! Love you babe!
I forgot to post this sooner, but on Christmas Eve I made egg muffins for breakfast!! I found silicone (reusable) muffin cups that were rainbow colored so I was really excited about that!! And I put bacon bits in the eggs!! They were so delicious!!
