-they, (the usual 3 speakers) have a really nagging habit of being disingenuous when faced with certain opinions they don’t like via comment or directly. 

They like to use condescending terms like “that’s the point” “obviously” “clearly” in this context to be dismissive, (whether it’s unintentional on their part or not) and then use the word “objective” as a weapon to try to make their opinions the authority or the “matter of fact” in a situation where the other person clearly has a point, they just don’t want to compromise.

Kept quiet for about a year, and it’s not that deep tbh.

-but anyone’s who’s watched their stuff know it’s a good time, and the EFAP fellas are smart, they know shit, they know how writing chops work and how it doesn’t.

Naturally, the comments on the video are now talking about how Red was just upset that wahmens in media die sometimes and that she just needs to grow up. As if her point was, “any time a woman dies in media it’s bad” and not, “Killing off or maiming a character just to make another character upset for a few minutes is kinda lazy writing” and then uses a lot of examples of this happening to female characters (because this trope happens to a lot more female characters than male ones).
