Definitely scary, but definitely adventure too. If you hate it you can find a way out. That said, if your heart says no, forget it. No one decision is going to fix or wreck everything.
Well I still won't know if I'd actually get the job, but I've always wanted to work/live abroad for a while, and I think I want to at least try a PhD program. I've got a research master's degree from a program where hardly anybody is admitted so I feel like I have to do something with that. This would be a great combination of living abroad and doing PhD research/obtaining a PhD. So yeah, I want to but I'm also afraid...
