vocal/verbal stimming. this is our post on vocal and verbal stimming. lots of alters worked hard on this.

we do a LOT of vocal and verbal stimming, but its mostly hidden. we need to stim a lot. we are still learning to accept this in ourselves and not mask super hard we get burnout or have more meltdowns and shutdowns.

if you verbal/vocal stim you are valid and should be allowed to stim as you and your body wants. do what feels right for you. stay safe of course

do you repeat words phrases sound sentences and or noises in your head over and over again that you just heard or that you heard a while ago??

you may be experiencing internal echolalia-!

we experience both immediate and delayed and both internal and external echolalia-!!
