Lil Kim was sooooooo beautiful but the evil of colourism and insecurity that lingered in the minds of the men around corrupted her. She's a testament to why I will never fail to call it out or shut it down when I hear people spewing colourist rhetoric around me. Our world is so diverse and beauty comes in eeeeeeeeeeeeevery shade and I hope all the little Black children growing up remember to be beautiful like they are and not like what the media pushes and hope they embrace their natural kinks, coils, African features that try to make them hate and shun.
