Eccentric Lower done! I like it and I don't, had to modify a lot on this one because of my knees issues. I admit the Albanian and Adductor lunge I had to do regular lunges, I tried but I wasn't working with my knees. But I did my workouts, burn some good calories even if it took me a bit longer. I will be honest I use my table/chair or entertainment center to balance myself or hold on during lunges or squats, my knees aren't strong especially the one I had surgery on so I have to be careful, modify and go at my own pace, I still work out, burn calories.
