The second Friday of the school year! I was happy and just wanted to get through a nice and easy day. For once, I got what I wanted from school!
I just took notes in Environmental Design and in Calculus. In AP Physics, it seemed like a pretty free period to work on book work. Spanish wasn't too bad. We spent the first half of class trying to figure out the online stuff and I had to do my presentation today for my "About Me" tissue box. I had a whole script from yesterday, but... You know... Blanked out... I'm completely fine with that! LOL History was another notes/activity day. Easy, laid back.
I hung out with my other group of friends today at lunch, the "nerd" group, as I call them c: Just sitting on the grass, watching them play cards, serving as my best friend's "lucky charm"~
English was so easy. It was vocab practice, as in, write these words down, write what you think they mean, then look it up. Yay! So, school was technically over for me, but I had to wait on my brother's girlfriend to come out as well, so I stayed back an extra 2 hours or so.Â
I spent that time with my other best friend, just having some downtime, talking, venting, ranting to each other. It was mostly me to her, but near the end, it was her to me, too. I loved the downtime we had. I wish we could have it more often.Â
I came home and spent the day just watching TV and on the computer. I decided to exercise a bit, so I did timed workouts. Like, how many ____'s can I do in ____ minutes. I did about 137 sit-ups in five minutes, 40 push-ups (bad ones) in 2 minutes, 75 squats in 2.5 minutes, and about 5-6 minutes of stretches. In that time, I was thinking about whether or not I should go to my school's Aloha Dance. I figured, might as well get out of the house to refrain myself from punching in walls.Â
So, I went to the Aloha Dance with my friends. And I learned why I usually don't go to dances. The friends I went with had their own little group, and I didn't want to third wheel. Luckily, I ran into another friend of mine who couldn't find her friends, so I hung out with her and danced around~ Eventually, her friends came, and I was just awkwardly somewhat outside the circle... Oops. My friend liked to dance in the middle of the crowd, so it was super hot. I almost got pushed over by a bunch of football players! Ridiculous... So, I kinda realized why I don't do school dances... .-. It was at least a nice distraction. And it's made me too tired to be pissed anymore, so I'm glad.Â
I'm going to be sore tomorrow!
