This wonderful warm weather has inspired me to talk about spring and our upcoming Easter menu change. We are working hard to create some new recipes that will surprise and delight, like this malt chocolate silk pie. I love malt chocolate, I'm a total Ovaltine lover. We will be serving this malted chocolate infused beauty all with Easter eggs Easter and a chocolate nest Easter weekend. Menu change time is always fun but also hard. We say we will take off one pie and the phone and social goes crazy for us to keep it. Then, of course, we get the called for some retired pies to come back, yes we hear you lemon meringue and coconut cream people. Then there's the need to create something new and wonderful.
