My husband was the creator of our hand pies when we first opened about 3 and a half years ago. It was at the time a great solution to people wanting a slice of pie. Turns out our hand pies have there owned following. The balance of crispy pastry to filling has many of our customers hooked. We thought of these as a grab and go, a pie slice in hand without cutlery. Turns out many loves these plated with ice cream, fresh cream or a chocolate dip. We hear such great ideas from you guys.
