FEELING SPECIAL!!! 🌻💖🌻 Last nights class was a mini milestone for me. Here's why... (Not in any order of importance) - Personally as a teacher I was able to be physically RESTFUL when I needed it - It was primarily GUIDED BY INTUITION, both for me and the students! The Feedback Was Totally Amazing! ☺️ - It was truly EMPOWERING: "Never in all the years I've been practicing have I ever felt like I could actually do self practice, before I didn't think I could, I didn't have the confidence but now I know I can use my own guide" - It was CHALLENGING, RELAXING, ENERGISING, CONFIDENCE BUILDING "At first when I felt a bit uncomfortable and out of my comfort zone, but actually it was really great, I felt like for the first time I was actually able to listen to my own body and what it's needs are, and now I feel totally relaxed and actually energised for a Sunday evening!" - It was HEALING & RELAXING "I didn't want to say anything, but I feel awful, I just crashed. It was nice to take it at my own pace and relax. I have released so much tension I'm just shattered. I've never had this from yoga in all the years I've practiced, but have had this during other energy healing work so I'm familiar, I'm normally so busy and tense, now I feel relaxed and tired. It's actually amazing, thank you!" Everyone was totally grateful for the time to really explore at their own pace. General consensus was that it felt safe, gentle, strong, focused and relaxed.
