While all of them are technically religious holidays, in my old world, that celebrate specific events in religious history, I prefer the more secular meanings behind them. To me, Christmas is about being with family and celebrating traditions; Valentine’s Day is about love, friendship, and caring for others; and Easter is about celebrating the rebirth of nature, with the introduction of the spring season, emerging from the cold, dark days of winter.
