i'm going to shamelessly use this ask to spread my 'Qifrey and Easthies had a fist fight at least once in their baby years' agenda a little more, okay mousy? okay...

Easthies, out of everyone, has the most adverse reaction to Qifrey wanting to become a Professor- but he can't really do anything about it or call for a ban on Qifrey's pursuit of such a thing [he's still a Knight in training, after all] -> He tries though! he certainly tries! "You cannot be serious about this! Who's to say he won't- won't attempt to teach them the same forbidden magic he came from!?" "...every day, your stupidity continues to astound me. Perhaps you would like to be my first student?"

i almost feel like, if Olruggio hadn't beaten him to it, Easthies would've requested to be his Watchful Eye- just to make absolutely sure nothing was afoot [with time though, his distrust and hatred dulls- especially upon seeing the viciousness by which Qifrey protects his students. Begrudging respect blooms, and grows even further after Luluci joins his ranks]

Why do people always write him like some ultra-dominant sex god? He whines and cries, begging to be fucked (I was peeking, I swear🫣)
