Following the National Doubles tournament, this update is more slice-of-life focused, and takes us to the week right before Finals.  And yes, the big mom reveal is here.

At long last, the latest chapter is LIVE for ko-fi and patreon supporters! This is the one where things come to a head, and decisions have to be made... It also sets things up for the final chapter (before the extended epilogue).

I've also made some overall edits to the earlier chapters (as I had to streamline it and wrangle it into shape for possibly ending the game properly!!

The worst thing Labour has done in realtion to this issue is exacerbate it by being authoritarian towards protests and other forms of free speech during the Starmer government, but that was more or less a symptom of the 14 years of Tory rot that this country is still yet to recover from.

Like, Is she really trying to say that in the two weeks Andy Burnham has been in office he should have scrapped the early release scheme, built multiple prisons, paid other countries to deal with our criminals, and break international law to deport non-British citizens who make up a small fraction of the prison population in order to solve the overcrowding crisis? A crisis that I must once again reiterate was caused by 14 years of Tory austerity.

And the media is just letting this narrative play out like, hello? Did we all just wipe our memories of the last two decades Men In Black style? The fuck are we doing???
