特瓦林:是你…
特瓦林:事到如今…已经没有什么可谈的了…
温迪:是吗?难道是我看错了吗?
温迪:你的眼神,像是在回忆这首曲子…
TL
Dvalin: It’s you…
Dvalin: With the way things are… there’s nothing worth discussing anymore…
Venti: Is that so? Have I misread you, then?
Venti: That look in your eyes, it’s like you’re reminiscing over this song…

Dvalin: You have come...
Dvalin: What has been done cannot be undone...
Venti: If so, then why do I see sadness in your eyes?
Venti: Sadness that speaks of your yearning for this song...
It’s like they’re two exes: one is hurt, the other going “I still remember how you loved my song [when we were young]”. Sounds like the sort of lyrics from some love song about rekindling young love (well, young for them but)
Venti doesn’t even name “sadness” but rather its memory (回忆 - recall, recollect, but I feel reminisce should work for this context). He recognizes a certain look
(I try, it’s hard to convey it in English. I keep wanting to word it directly but that won’t convey the vibe of it. This might be close enough)
