Today, Dudeists observe the longest, slowest day of the year. Try to perform everything at half speed and just... let the solstice wash over you. I'm not getting any sun today on this, the sunniest day of the year, so I hope you're getting to enjoy it. It gets darker from here on. But remember, like the Swedish proverb says, "However the wind blows, behind the clouds the sun glows."

I was very un-Dude last week. Work was crazy and the stress got me wound up. I was a dick.

But you know what? That's okay.

We're all a little uptight and dickish sometimes. It's just the way it is. The best we can do is try to take time to take 'er easy, to drop in and see what condition our condition is in.

And we need to f*kin' apologize. Admitting when we've been a dick is strength, not weakness, and gets us back to being Dude.
