Laughing about Swedish dubs again this time in MLP FIM
It’s SUPPOSED to be a silent film but because Swedish kids can’t read English they need to translate the lines. And she says everything in such a MONOTONE voice. ”Moo ha ha ha 😐” is my favorite.
But also translating ”My goodness” to ”Himmel och pannkaka” (”Heaven and pancake”) is the funniest translation they could have picked. It’s a real expression but to translate it from MY GOODNESS is wild to me
to make up for my MONTH worth of missing out on dubs, i have done another dub today (with a special thing at end pst pst go see for youself) anyways, comic that i dubbed (aka twin runes) is made by *drum ro;; please* @akanemnon WOOOO its 9pm rn so i gotta go to sleep LMAO

using "tu" and "vous" incorrectly in french dubs and subtitles should be punishable by law actually. like with jail time or something
