Tonight’s #dinner is an alkaline electric dish called “Cozy Sancocho” from the #Best Believe It's Vegan cookbook by Bobo Cooks! It is the perfect meal to have for a cold evening in NYC. It also has a nice balance of sweet and savory flavors, gluten-free, and super yummy.
