Tempo fa mi venne proposto da un tizio una collettiva un po' particolare. La cosa consisteva nel proporre delle opere da far stampare su tessuto. Questi tessuti sarebbero stati esposti su corpi di indossatrici in una specie di sfilata sotto il nome di uno stilista noto. Rifiutai...non so. Non mi fidai (scoprendo poi che era tutto vero). Sulla scia di questa idea, dopo anni, mi misi a giocare con dei cartamodelli semplici e creai dei prototipi con fantasie e dipinti da me realizzati. Li pubblicai qui e una mia carissima amica prossima alla laurea commentò dicendo "Se fosse vero lo indosserei alla laurea...". Insomma cominciai a pensare che non sarebbe stato mica male come regalo...mi accordai con sua madre (che sa cucire) che vive a chilometri da noi. Feci produrre la stoffa...Tra mille difficoltà alla fine riuscimmo a crearlo...o meglio sua mamma fece miracoli con quel cartamodello ingenuo e poco preciso. Un'idea è diventata reale. Abbiamo ottenuto l'impossibile... il punto è che anche se una cosa sembra troppo difficile o improbabile bisogna almeno provarci! (lavorare, aver tanta pazienza e far le cose con amore)
Anche se non sembra, la fantasia è quella del vestito di partenza.
