Alpha: Why? Why do you have so much hair? What the heck? He couldn't help but feel a little confused about it. When he learned that it glowed and gave you powers, he's even MORE confused. How did you get these powers? He thought that magic in humans died out years ago!

Field: Well, come on, you gotta wrap that all up. He'll put it up in a braid for you to stay out of your face while mumbling and grumbling. Humans and their hair, what the hell is it so long for? He didn't care about the magic and all that, more just how long it took you to brush it and that it's way too much hair to deal with when they're trying to sleep together.

Mutt: ...can they play with it? They'll help you brush your hair if you want! They don't get bored all that easily when they have something to do with their hands, so they'll be helping you out with that and they'll even try to learn how to do some braids and stuff, even if they might get a little overwhelmed with all the different types. They like that you're both healing magic users! Yeah yeah, that's the only magic that they're really all that good at anymore(they do have fighting stuff, but it damages them too and blah)

Corn: You'd, uh, gotta be careful on his farm. It's real dirty and dangerous to have such long hair, it could get caught in the machines or something. He suggests for you to put it in a braid or something whenever you come around. But the healing sure does come in handy! He won't go out of his way to ask you to heal him if he ever gets hurt, but you probably would anyway. You two both have powers unlike others, he thinks that's pretty swell.

Harvest: Nope. He doesn't like that not one little bit! That's real dangerous, it's gonna get caught in something on his farm. You ain't coming onto his farm until you got that all tied up in a bun or something. He don't care about the healing and stuff unless it's REALLY important.

Nightmare: Well... your hair will sometimes get caught up in his goop, and he feels a bit strange about that. It's kind of gross. Killer hates you because of how long your hair is, it always makes him feel bothered so Nightmare kind of likes that. Your ability to heal is very good for him and his team! Though mostly his team. Don't ask him to style your hair for you, his goop would get in it and that would be gross.

Passive: He thinks that you're the prettiest thing in the world. He loves your hair, likes to brush it, and finds the glow really pretty but... he also is sad. You and Dream look like you would be perfect together, but you're just... you're stuck with him. A lot of the time he would ask if you're really happy with him, or if you're just being with him to make him feel good about himself? He also likes to put your hair in a lot of different styles! Good luck getting him to stop playing with your hair lol.(he'll stop if you want him to)

Deep: As unexpected as it is, he loves it. He likes seeing the glow because he finds it so pretty! You're like the sun in his darkest area... though you SORT of remind him of his brother, and that makes him feel just a tiny bit odd. He likes seeing you swim and then use your powers to make your hair glow because it draws his attention so much. He'll follow you around and protect you from anything that might try to hurt you. It's really cute, tbh.

Killer: Sorry... no... no. He won't date someone with hair that long. I don't think he would even want to be near that kind of person.

You were asleep in your bed when you suddenly heard a sound, which caused you to jolt awake, your eyes shooting around. Huh? Oh... that was someone knocking? You yawn and rub at your eyes.

Who would be knocking at this time? You stretch out on the bed, slip out of it, and walk towards the door. You didn't have anything planned to be delivered today, right? At least, you didn't think so.

When you opened the door you saw a Bitty Inc worker holding a few boxes. They look at you and smile, "Good morning! I'm here to deliver your Bitties," they hold out the clipboard for you to sign.

Wait what? Did you... did you adopt Bitties? No, that makes no sense! You never signed up to get the Bitties, this was weird. "Uhh... O...Okay?" you mumble, writing down your name.

"Thank you for signing," The worker says, then hands you the boxes and they turn, walking off to get back to the car. You watch them go, then look down at the boxes again.

Okay... Alright, you have Bitties now. How many did you have? These were big boxes! You walk over to the living room and set down the boxes starting to open them to look through them. Once you got the Bitties out of all of the boxes, you look them over. The first one was a Nightmare Bitty, you could tell by the goop that covered his body. The next was purple, that was... that was a Passive Bitty, right?

The next one had tentacles coming from its mouth, and the tentacles were covered in eyes that were closed. It was colored red. Then one in a nice-looking suit, too many golden rings, and a lighter shade of goop than normal Nightmare.

Then a little dragon Bitty, shiny and black, one that was a mer creature. He had a faint glow to his tentacles and long dark dark hair...

Oh no...

Did they give you all Nightmare Bitties?! You had 14 Bitties now? You can't... these were all hard ones! They weren't for beginners. You've never had a Bitty before! Maybe you could... maybe you should take them back? Call the Bitty Inc and explain that there was a mistake? You put your hands on your cheeks feeling panic and confusion.

When you heard the noises start, you uncover your face looking at them. The Bitties were starting to wake up, all letting out their own little sounds. Nightmare was the one that opened his eye first, sitting up and he looks around then looks up at you. "You're the one?" he asks, a hint of confusion in his voice, then he looks over at the others, letting out a soft sound of annoyance.

Passive was the one to wake up next, squirming but opening his eyes too and looking around. His eyes widen when he saw all the others then stands up and moves closer to you, so you rest your hand down on the table which he climbs into. Okay... guess he felt a little uncomfortable around all of them. Nightmare was glaring at him.

All of Oxi's eyes open too, starting to scan the area. Slowly everyone woke up and Moonlight messes with his fingers, his eyes shooting around then up, "Did you adopt us?" He moves a little closer to Delusion cause they seemed the most similar.

"I... I guess I did?" You look over at Deep, the mer creature, and you lift up the bag going to get the tank out from your garage. Everyone just has a tank in their garage... right? Cause I did.

It took a few hours to get everything ready, and you learned their names. Nightmare, Passive, Oxi, Gloom, Envy, Dracul, Deep, Delusion, Nightfall, Oblivion, Shade, Moonlight, Thorn, and Bane. Bane was a Papyrus Nightmare counterpart, Nightfall came from Dreamtale and he was still asleep because it was during the day... Gloom seemed unhappy to be there though you had a feeling that he would just be unhappy altogether.

Envy seemed pleased, talking with Dracul and Oblivion. Oblivion and Nightmare started trying to fight each other and Delusion, Passive, and Moonlight all stuck to themselves not wanting to be around the other nightmares.

Oxi kept trying to wrap his tentacles around Thorn who kept having to move away from him, letting out sounds of distress. Oxi just laughed and you had to lift it away from the others, telling it to stop messing with the others. Oxi just laughed at you.

Mimic: He likes you a lot! He finds your shyness cute, and sometimes likes to mess with you. He likes to make his tentacles look like snakes or other creatures, mimic octopus and all, and trick you into thinking they're different things. He finds your reactions really cute. He'll talk enough for the both of them, and he doesn't mind that you don't talk much. He does like the fact that you're a merfolk and a cuddly one at that. It makes him feel pretty good.

Ringer: He likes the fact that you're quiet, since he is as well. He's not exactly a slow or careful hunter, but he likes to see what you do. He has his... stuff that comes with being a blue ringed octopus, so seeing you hunt is always kind of exciting? Interesting, more or less. The cuddly part is something that he would have to get used to because he normally doesn't like to be touched. Just don't sneak up on him, and everything will work out fine.

Chum: Well... sometimes Chum forgets where you are, and it'll go and try to search for you. It can be fun, or it can be worrying to it since it likes knowing where you are. Yeah, it's pretty much the biggest thing in the ocean, but that just means it's easy to lose its tiny datemate. You. It likes how cuddly you are and will sometimes let you fall asleep in its skull or its ribs, so then you wouldn't get lost! You'd also be in a really safe space. Nobody could hope to attack you while it's there.

Light: Unlike you, he is not a hunter in that sort of way. He eats mostly plants or jellyfish, maybe some sea urchins. But he likes seeing you hunt, he finds it really interesting and exciting to see! Sometimes you two work together to help you catch stuff since he's so... well... soft and sort of weak looking? He's not! He could fight if he wanted. He's one of the most dangerous creatures in the ocean. Just like his brother.

Deep: Well, that's exactly how they hunt too. Have you ever been in pure darkness and then a light appears? That happens to whatever they're hunting, and they don't ever have enough time to get away. It's pretty scary, really. You two can hunt together! How fun. They don't mind you being cuddly, but they aren't really the most cuddly merfolk...

Inker: He likes that you're quiet, but he doesn't like the fact that you're so cuddly. He doesn't really... like to be touched and will often swim away before you could. Plus, it's dangerous! He doesn't want to accidentally hurt you or shoot ink on accident. So if you ever want to cuddle with them, you have to ask first, or they'll probably get startled. That's not something either of you want.

Mimic: Once Mimic notices that you were spying on him, he would chase over and good luck getting away from him. He would swim around you, laughing as he asked, "How come you're trying to spy on me, plant lady?" He won't try to attack, but he would have a few questions!

Ringer: He will attack if he thinks that you're a threat, and spying on him seems a little threatening. If you explain before he lands a hit, he will stop and listen to your reasoning… Why were you spying on him? He doesn't like people looking at him without him knowing.

Chum: He wouldn't notice haha. I'm sorry, he sucks at figuring things out like that… So yeah, have fun spying on him :)

Scales: Scales finds you really interesting. Normally he wouldn’t like way too aggressive/mean sea creatures, ironic given his brother is a shark but they aren’t normally aggressive, shut up. Even so, after getting to know you, he finds you really fun to hang out with! Your eyesight isn’t the best so he would love to just latch onto you and curl his tentacles around you and tell you where stuff is so you wouldn’t bump into it. Sometimes he would fall asleep on you/wrapped around you, which he finds really funny. He likes how pretty you are too...  

Shark: He doesn’t see why people are scared of you! You’re cute! It’s just like that meme “they don’t bite!” he thinks that the sounds you make to see where you’re going is kinda freaky to hear when you don’t know who’s causing it but he knows it’s normally you! Reapers seem to dislike it when others come around their area so he doesn’t need to worry about any other ones coming too close. He likes to swim with you and will help you catch stuff to eat. He likes seeing you grabbing stuff with the things on your face! He thinks it’s so cool!

Mimic: Malewife. He thinks you’re the coolest thing in the world and will tell you that all the time. He feels SOOOO into you and will always tell you how hot it is when you catch things with those things on your face, and he loves to see you tear things apart with your sharp teeth and claws. Heart eyes each and every time. You both are pretty sucky with eyesight but he’s a bit better and will help you get around if you don’t want to let out that loud sound that helps you get around. 

Ringer: He doesn’t really see the big deal in you. You’re big, scary, and aggressive, sure, but so is Chum. You’re just his datemate and he loves you but he doesn’t make what you can or can’t do a big deal. 

Chum: Mimic likes to call them a power couple, which Chum finds funny. A lot of people are scared of him or at least of his idea. He’s heard the stories that people tell on ships, knows that they fear him. He dislikes it but this isn’t about all of that! He thinks that you’re really cute, you’re smaller than him by some but you still like to be dangerous and he finds you interesting. The both of you have bad eyesight and you normally help him find his way around with your sounds. He likes to gently wrap his tentacles around you whenever you two are relaxing together. 

Light: He lives up in the top of the water while you’re normally deeper in it, and he feels bad that you sometimes have to come up just to see him so sometimes he would go down to swim with you! It’s a little dangerous for him cause he can’t swim that fast with the shape of his tail. He was made mostly for beauty in looks rather than speed or anything like that... luckily most wouldn’t try to attack him with you around! Plus he gets to see his brother more often while around you which is nice. He makes jokes about how he has a large scary creature too! Like how Deep has Chum... he doesn’t think you’re really that scary though, cause you’re his partner and he loves you. 

Mimic: GIANT GIRLFRIEND! He loves you SO much. He wants to nuzzle into your chest, or sometimes he hides your hair and rushes out to startle others. He finds it so funny, while you most likely giggle and snort at him. He loves your big smooches, too.

Ringer: Sometimes he likes to rest on top of your head while you swim, enjoying being able to rest and you're able to go a lot faster than him because of how big you are. Won't lie, he likes you a bit more than Chum, just because of how soft you look. You're really sweet… he loves it and hates it.

Chum: It isn't used to people around the same size as it, so honestly, at first it would avoid you! It finds you interesting, exciting even, but also very scary. Slowly, after a while, it would decide to go and talk to you, or bring you gifts then swim away before you could talk to it. Its friends find it very funny how awkward it got. It finds your hair really fun to play with and you two together is most likely SO scary.

Light: he loves his big big girlfriend ^^ he'll often swim around you while you guys are swimming around and he likes how blue you are while he's such a bright yellow… let him snuggle into your hair! Plz. When he first met you, he was a little unsure and scared, but that's just because you were so big! Quickly he would realize that you were nice and he grew close and attached to you quickly.
