My anxiety kicks in. These days my depression is pretty much under control. And, I push forward. No matter what. Some days are easier than others. And, most days are good. This past weekend was one where I truly tried to rest. Disconnect and enjoy my family. But, I've been reading this chapter over and and over. Rest is coming and it is fine with me. I no longer feel the need to fill the empty spaces.
