As a content creator this little chapter had my brain, heart and soul on fire! 🔥🔥 In the past 8 years the thought of how much or what to share has crossed my mind before, after and during me hitting the publish, post or share button. At one time my Husband didn't like that I "shared so much". He felt as if me sharing every moment would make those moments less significant or meaningful. But with time he would see peoples reactions, comments and likes and he began to understand that sometimes sharing was about being relatable. Plus I don't share every instant of my life. But, then comes the dilemma set forth in this chapter about how to share, you want to share enough to be relatable but not too much to push people away, right? Authenticity and being real has been key to my success as a blogger, as a writer, as a storyteller. And, sometimes I do doubt the content I share but it all comes from a place of love and leaning that over the years I've learned to embrace. I've definitely never lied about who I am or the messy imperfect areas of my life. I share the good, the bad, the ugly, the tantrums and tears... I try to share it all without hiding who I really am or how I live my life. I think this comes with time of growth and knowing who you are. ✨✨✨ as the chapter states I am definitely a clay to be molded and in the process of this! "Lord, help me to be real. To not hide the hard and show/share only the good." I think that when people are truly themselves you give and receive genuine interaction needed to build lasting relationship. ✨✨✨ Even if those relationships are only online. It all matters.
