Sometimes I really want to read a short summary of what to expect from a game with a very particular description that CATER to my OWN SPECIFIC interests, so here we go.

what to expect from DREAMBOUND
Queer dating sim (sort of) visual novel with some puzzle elements (two puzzles/exploration sections, but after the first playthrough they can be skipped)
Only male romances for male protagonist
The game is mystery based and allow you to discover different secrets/plot points through three different routes, this means that to find out all that is happening you will need to play all three
You play as Noah, a young painter who is unable to create art and is overwhelmed by grief and depression after an accident in his teenage years
There are three romancable male characters, each with their own route which differ a lot from the others (it is almost a different plot): Kaine (childhood friend), Crow (someone who looks a lot like the protagonist's first love) and Ivan (a mysterious guy who knows what Noah can do)
Noah can enter dreams and through this ability he ends up entering the dream of people who are later found dead, because of this he decides to find out what is going on
The three routes have different themes and plots, one explore more the dream ability, one the grief and one the general introductory mystery and investigation
The game contains: suicide attempts, grief, death of multiple people, abusive family, narcissistic parents, homophobia and discrimination
Multiple endings, each route has its own good and bad ending, plus some additional ones (good or bad depending on the route)
There are five chapters in total
Route selection will be visible in chapter 3 as it will start with a title card for each character's route
The game has a lot of music with singing, which I sometimes found a bit distracting while I was reading
plot? You play as a recluse painter named Noah, who is able to jump into people's dreams. After a series of deaths connected to him, Noah decides to start investigating this world of dreams. gameplay? visual novel, dialogue choices plus mini games (nsfw) characters? The protagonist, the three love interests, plus some secondary characters (some in common between routes, others not), among which other of Noah's old friends, his parents and brother, other characters' parents and families. gain the trust of sadness level? medium high
