After kind of a bad morning I ended up spending almost 6 hours playing a yuri magical girl visual novel I backed on kickstarter a while ago and have been keeping an eye on for even longer because I really wanted to play it. I really loved it. I've only gotten the good ending and two of the three "bad" endings (can't figure out how to get the other one "cold blood" despite multiple tries lol) I think my favorite thing is the routes/endings are largely based on how hopeful your choices are in the story, even the bad endings still have the characters trying to improve the world around them, it's sweet. Being vague partially to avoid spoiling but, if you follow me you'll probably enjoy the game I seriously recommend it. It is very clearly inspired and fueled by love for the genre. The endings can range from Sailor Moon to Madoka Magica depending on your choices (which means still hopeful like I said since I think Madoka ends on a hopeful even if bittersweet note lol) Of everything I think what's sticking most in my mind right now is a bit from the notes in the artbook "the importance of growing and pushing forward is never invalidated by the past.", not only does it perfectly sum up a major theme of the game but, I don't know the past and living with it and moving forward are all things that have been on my mind a lot lately, more than normally lol. It's really well put and the game explores the theme incredibly Not really coherenting thoughts but, it's seriously a great game I can't recommend it enough ^^
