DMMD: Mink's route
I have only two questions left considering Mink's route (haven't played re:connect yet): 1. What EXACTLY was his purpose of dragging Aoba with him. What exactly he wanted from him? (I guess he wanted Aoba to use his voice to stop Toue, but there are lots of obvious "buts"). 2. Considering that, why have he been so sure that Aoba would do that certain thing he wanted from him? Mink's not idiot, haven't he had the slightest though that Aoba would tell him to fuck off refusing doing everything even being warned about beatings that could kill him? Or have he been so sure he would break Aoba to the point of him doing everything Mink wanted? I guess that's pretty stupid. One should never exclude the possibility of everything going not as planned. I just don't get Mink. Yeah, he's pretty smart, but you can never be so sure another person would not rebel against you, especially if you treat them the way Mink did. Hatred Aoba felt could have triggered not obedience, but rage to the point of refusing EVERYTHING, even his promise. Mink's just lucky Aoba gave up. Surely Mink couldn't rely only on that "luck", and I don't believe he saw right through Aoba to the point of knowing everything Aoba could do. So where the hell have he got that confidence that Aoba would help and not kill/betray/etc. him? Same goals? Aoba could do everything on his own if he had enough confidence in him (and I'm sure sooner or later he would have had that without anyone's influence), I don't believe that was Mink's main reason.
