Love so many of the choices made in this work, including the ends of the zipper which reminds me of parchment paper. The shape of the bag has such an interesting interplay with the dragon shapes too. Such beautiful work! Definitely makes gaming night extra special. Thank you Emily for sending me pics so I can share with everyone.
Dragon Fire by Yiranjia
@sewdesune has a great posable shoulder dragon pattern and my daughter wanted to make a Leafwing from Wings Of Fire... She helped me draw the new wings and tail and was very specific on the colors! Lots of fun to sew this one and my first time using armature wire. Hopefully it holds up to an 8 year old lol. (I have to say, this dragon is VERY SATISFYING to wear. I'm gonna make myself a dratini or a dragonair someday!)

I got the pattern here: https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/scale-mail-dragon, and the scales here: http://theringlord.com/cart/shopdisplayproducts.asp?id=244The ringlord website is a little, uh, not user-friendly, but their scales are great. One dragon uses about 150 small scales, and the scales come in bags of 100, so I usually buy one bag each of three different colors and make two dragons in that color combo. Or, well, I intend to make two dragons in each color combo. I have the scales for it.
