It includes a cute peter pan collar, gathered front, and short sleeves inspired by various vintage patterns I've seen such as these:

Here's a pattern for the Poland doll I made a few years ago. I'm the only one who tested it, so any feedback is welcome.This pattern includes a removable knit sweater, because I couldn't figure out how to knit pants. You can make non removable pants/clothes by making the legs, arms and torso in different colors than the skin tone.

You'll need:

1 skein (probably less) of 4 weight yarn in whatever color you want the main skin tone to be, then whatever color you want for underwear, clothes ect. if you want those.

Some stuffing, I used polyester fiber fill because it's washable.

A crochet hook

A darning needle

Doll can be made entirely out of single crochet, but I used modified puff stitches for the bust.

If you follow the color change instructions you'll end up with Poland in bikini type underwear. If you make it a solid color you'll get a naked doll.
