Okay so old Cincy guy is making me so angry. We just talked on the phone and decided to have lunch tomorrow. Then he kiks me like 5 minutes later and says: go ahead and do your own thing Sunday. I'll pass but thanks anyway. And I was like.......? To be clear this guy has been talking to me for over a month and very excited to meet. Turns out, he's annoyed because I 'sounded very afraid kinda' when I said I wasn't comfortable driving all the way to Cincy to meet for the first time and would rather he came here. When I called him on that, he proceeds to say I didn't sound 'all that interested' BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY I MAKE LUNCH PLANS AFTER REGULAR KIK TALK WHEN IM UNINTERESTED. So that's one less to worry about, at least. ;p
Can I just say that I really, really hate this song. It’s not the whole country-rap thing that’s not really rapping but more just mundanely talking about shit in a semi-melodic way, because Tyler Farr does that shit too and while I still don’t like it, it doesn’t sound that bad on him. It’s these motherfucking lyrics.
I want to strangle the songwriters so bad! I know it’s supposed to be cutesy and tongue-in-cheek, but to me the narrator character comes across as the king of all fucking douchenozzles. What a presumptuous fucking asshole. Let’s say he’s right and the man the girl is with really is not right for her. Fine, you can advise her on that since it sounds like the two characters are friends in this song. But don’t fucking pressure the poor woman to dump the guy she’s with just to hook up with your dudebro ass, you scummy piece of shit!
